The programme will be broadcast live on February 6, 2026, at 10 AM across television and digital platforms, reaching millions nationwide.

Expanded Multi-Location Format
This year, PPC is being conducted simultaneously from multiple locations for the first time, including Dev Mogra, Coimbatore, Raipur, Guwahati, and 7 Lok Kalyan Marg in Delhi. This expansion connects students from the East, South, Central, North, and West regions of India on a single interactive platform, allowing broader participation and engagement.

Record Nationwide Participation
Official figures from MyGovIndia reveal that PPC 2026 has witnessed unprecedented participation. Over 4.5 crore students registered online, while an additional 2.26 crore individuals took part in school-level activities and events across India. This brings the total engagement to approximately 6.76 crore participants, making it the largest edition since the programme’s inception in 2018.

Programme Registration
The registration window for the event was open from December 1, 2025, to January 11, 2026, allowing students, parents, and teachers to sign up via the official MyGov portal.

Purpose and Significance
Launched in 2018, Pariksha Pe Charcha provides a direct platform for the Prime Minister to engage with students, offering guidance on exam preparation strategies, stress management, emotional well-being, and broader life advice. The initiative has become a key national programme, motivating young learners to approach examinations with confidence and composure.

Prime Minister Modi described the upcoming session as “refreshing and inspiring”, highlighting the importance of a stress-free approach to exams and encouraging students to maintain balance, confidence, and determination.
